Taya started at L’Oréal Luxe, working on brands like Urban Decay, YSL Beauty, Lancôme, and Giorgio Armani. She went on to scale founder-led startups and luxury fragrance houses, launching into Sephora, Ulta, Space NK, and Selfridges with a sharp focus on turning brand vision into retail success.
